Project Manager/Customer Service Representative

Normal Daytime Hours (830-530 or approximate)

Qualified candidate will assist the CSI sales staff and provide sales support. Responsibilities will include client contact, job estimating, job jacket creation, traffic management, job tracking, and some file preflighting. Candidate will need to communicate effectively with the Sales Team and the Production Team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met. • A Bachelors degree in Graphic Communications, or 3+ years of equivalent industry experience
• The ability to juggle numerous projects at once
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in a Mac-based computer environment
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously
