POLE BANNERS FOR THE WASHINGTON NATIONALS AND WINTER CLASSIC
UPDATED: CSI PRODUCES HUNDREDS OF POLE BANNERS IN DC FOR THE WASHINGTON NATIONALS
CSI was asked to produce and install several hundred pole banners for the NL East Champion Washington Nationals. The Washington Nationals have been tearing up the MLB this season and clinched the NL East last week. As a result, a massive stadium-area rebranding campaign took place to let everyone know they were playoff-bound once again. Featuring the tag lines “Nothing But October,” and “We’re In!” the banners went up all around the stadium and throughout Downtown DC’s Business Improvement District’s (BID) 138-block area.
The banners were produced over a period of 4 days at the shop. Images are printed on both sides, so front-to-back registration is critical. After the pole banners have been printed, they are trimmed to shape and size. Finally, pole pockets are sewn in and grommets are added. The banners are then ready for install.
